Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SassyPants.US. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- During Holidays, high volume and severe weather can cause delays in December. It is recommended to order early to make sure fulfillment and shipping will ensure arrival by holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Orders are shipped to the provided address: delivery is handled by third party carriers, and options may vary.
Domestic Shipping Costs/Times

Note: Because we work with various suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped separately.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please note, our printing company provides estimated shipping times, but delays can occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or carrier issues. If a delay is outside the expected timeframe, we will keep check tracking updates and keep you informed of the status of your order.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SassyPants.US is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
SassyPants.US is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. The printing company covers the cost of replacing or refunding items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective if reported within 30 days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and also contact us. In your claim, please include a detailed description and high resolution photos of damaged goods/issue.
Claims for lost items must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
6. Incorrect Address or Returns
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply. Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address.
7. Wrong Item Sent
If the customer received the wrong item, design, or color due to a fulfillment error. The printing company covers the cost of replacing the wrong item for the correct order. Please save all packaging materials and goods before filing a claim and contacting us. In your claim, please include a detailed description and high resolution photos of incorrect goods/issue. Claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
8. Buyer’s Remorse
SassyPants.US does not accept returns for size changes, color swaps, or buyer's remorse. Please make sure you pay attention to the size chart for each specific item.
